About The Hub Z

Who are creators of The Hub Z??

We are a small group of players who met in-game on an Organic RP server and fell in love with the storytelling aspect of DayZ. 


As a result, we wanted to create a server that would give our characters (players) a personal touch.  

Together, we learned how to script, mod, and create our own 3D models, so that we could bring our vision to life. 

How was the idea off The Hub Z created?

We used to play on various Organic RP servers that were either heavily modded or not modded at all. We noticed that most servers were doing the same thing and using the same mods. only diff was hardcore survival or PVP oriented.


Over the course of a year, we planned a unique and balanced loot table that would fit to both PVP, PVE, and RP players. we aimed to create an idea that no other server had.  


Our plan included:  


• A feeling off vanilla server with small adjustments

• A customized loot table that allowed players to find loot without any restrictions on where they go. 

• A goal for players to travel the world, find clues, solve riddles, and collect items that are unique to the server. These items would be created by the staff based on the players' ideas and style. 

• Unique items that players could personalize and that would not be found on other servers. 

• Involving players in the creation of server content, where different items are connected to the player, and if they stop playing, the items disappear with them.  


Overall, we wanted to create a server that was unique and engaging for players, with personalized items and content that involved the players in its creation.
